The tithe map for Lea township (c.1838) records a group of four buildings at this location. The award records them as buildings, barn etc. They are tennanted by the same person as that recorded for Lea Farm.

Only one of the building depicted on (1) is still extant. Most of the original plot is either woodland or an orchard. 1898
