Full Description

Silver commonwealth halfgroat dating to 1649-60. Obverse has the shield bearing the cross of St George within a laurel wreath. The reverse has conjoined shields of St George and the Irish harp. Diameter: 14.88mm; weight: 0.8g.

Fragment of a Chester style bowl of c1710-1750 with a narrow oval and quite sharply flared heel. Made of quite a fine fabric with no obvious inclusions; not burnished. There is an internal bowl cross at the base of the bowl cavity. Stem bore a little over 5/64". Length: 37.66mm; stem diameter: 7.5mm; surviving bowl height: 22.54mm; weight: 3.6g.
