Silver threepence of Elizabeth I of the third and fourth issues with an ermine initial mark. The date is illegible but would be 1572-73. The obverse is very worn but has the bust of the queen facing left with a rose behind her head and the legend [ELIZABETH D G ANG FR ET HIB REGINA]. The reverse has a squared shield over a long cross fourchee dividing the legend POSVI [DEV ADIVTORE MEV]. Diameter: 17.48mm; weight: 1g.
