Summary

The c.1848 tithe map for Marthall and Little Warford depicts a lane running south-east from Fallowscross for approximately 250m. A path or unenclosed track continues the route on to Old Moat Hall. Adjoining the south-eastern end of the lane, and running to the two cottages to the north east (see CHER 7908/1) is Actons Lane.

The c.1848 tithe map for Marthall and Little Warford depicts a lane running south-east from Fallowscross for approximately 250m. A path or unenclosed track continues the route on to Old Moat Hall. Adjoining the south-eastern end of the lane, and running to the two cottages to the north east (see CHER 7908/1) is Actons Lane.

Fallowscroft lane is no longer extant and an enclosed track or lane, but an unenclosed track or lane follows its former course. Actons lane has been straightened and is narrower.
