Summary

Two sub-rectangular enclosures with rounded corners identified from cropmarks seen from the air. Enclosures of this shape and size typically date from the Iron Age and Romano-British periods.

Two sub-rectangular enclosures with rounded corners discovered during aerial reconnaissance in July 1995. there are also a number of possible ancillary enclosures or cropmarks of other linear features between the two. Some of the more distinct cropmarks correspond to field boundaries visible on the tithe map (2).
