The tithe map for Warmingham township depicts four buildings with associated small plots. The southern two buildings and plots are described in the accompanying tithe award as house and garden and are recorded as being occupied by Edward Latham. The northern buildings and plots are described as building and land and Long Field and house. They are occupied by William Barnett.

The southern buildings and plots are no longer extant. Some of the plots associated with the northern buildings area depicted as orchards.
