The tithe map for Warmingham township depicts two buildings at this location. The accompanying award records describes this plot as a house, garden and moss piece occupied by Samuel Boulton.

Both buildings are depicted. The possible house has two smaller buildings attached. The surrounding plot is depicted as an orchard.
