The tithe map for Church Minshull township depicts two buildings and several small plots. The accompanying award records the plots as either house or cottages. Occupiers include Ralph Burgess, James Jackson, Jane Hodgson and Joseph Baker. All are owned by Henry Brooke.

The buildings and plots, two of which appear to be orchards, are depicted. There are a number of small outbuildings depicted.
