Summary

Three buildings are depicted on the tithe map of c.1839 and are recorded as being occupied by Thomas Thelwell. The buildings had been demolished by 1874 and were presumably outbuildings associated with the agricultural activities of the croft.

The tithe map for Bickerton township records three buildings at this location. The associated award records the occupier as Thomas Thelwell. The plot is described as "House Garden & Croft." The house was located next to the immediate west adjacent to Goldford Lane
