The tithe map for Cholmondeley (Malpas) depicts a building at this location. The award provides no further detail other than the area is exempt from the payment of tithe and is in the ownership of the Marquis of Cholmondeley.

This map depicts a probable house and four outbuildings. One of the outbuildings is probably a pigsty.
