An incomplete clipped silver probable threepence of Elizabeth I (AD 1558 to AD 1603), probably dating to the period AD 1561 to AD 1582. POSVI DEV ADIVTOREM MEV reverse type depicting a square shield on a long cross fourchee dividing the legend. Date above the shield. Mint of London. Mintmarks unclear.
