Summary

The earthworks of relict field boundaries, ditches, ridge and furrow created by steam ploughing, and trackways are visible on aerial photographs. There are also smaller depressions and pits from localised quarrying, and short sections of ruined drystone walls. Most of these features probably date from the eighteenth or nineteenth century, but the quarrying is potentially earlier.

Earthworks indicative of relict field boundaries, ridge and furrow and drainage ditches are visible on aerial photographs dating from 2010. There are also smaller depressions and pits which may from localised quarrying and short sections of ruined drystone walls.
