A significant cluster of Romano-British finds comprising a number of coins, bow brooches, a cosmetics pestle, a finger ring and a possible furniture fitting. The finds predominantly date from the 1st century AD, however, a two of the coins date from the third century coins. Although the concentration of find spots in this area is the product of a series of metal detecting rallies which have taken place on the estate, the concentration of Romano-British finds within a discrete area suggests the presence of an archaeological site of a similar date.
