Monument record 11318 - Souter's Lane

Souter's Lane is a medieval roadway that leads from the Newgate to the river, between the site of the Roman amphitheatre and the Roman Gardens (1). In the past, it has been called Souter's Loode and Shoemaker's River Passage (1).
