Full Description
Blacon Cemetery was established around the time of World War II with two special plots set aside for military personnel, the number of white headstones there serve as a testament to those soldiers who died in the war. The first section was the RAF regional cemetery with a smaller plot for British, Commonwealth and Polish burials. The cemetery also contains memorials to soldiers who died in World War I and World War II. (1)
