Full Description
A chemical works is recorded on Cement Place but fronting onto the canal on late 19th century maps. The complex consisted of several tanks and several large warehouses.
Although the warehouses appears to survive into the mid 20th century, the tanks were removed. It has since been replaced by modern structures.
