Full Description
An archaeological excavation and watching brief carried out during ground disturbance works in relation to development within the grounds of Dee House, Little St John St., between 2000 and 2001 (1). In excavation Areas I and III, a deposit was thought to represent prolonged periods of cultivation in the area during the medieval and post medieval period. Pits found throughout the deposit are also mentioned, but are not described in any detail in the project's report (1).
