No 5 Sealand Road consists of a small house, now offices built c1800 with possible mid 18th century features incorporated into it. It is brown brick with grey slate roof. The River Dee frontage has a replaced door in simple pilaster case. (1)
A building at this site is recorded on historic maps since in the mid 18th century, referred to as a sluice house, the property appears to be linked to the adjacent cheese wharf. (2-6)
