Full Description
No 3 Upper Northgate Street is a town house dated 1886 by T.M. Lockwood. It is red brick dressed with terracotta and stone with a Westmorland green slate roof. It is two storeys plus attic with asymmetric design. The street frontage is double fronted with a pair of rainwater heads inscribed TN and 1886. The south front to Canal Street has a secondary door of 6 fielded panels. (1)
