Full Description
No 15-21 Frodsham Street consists of a lodge and public convenience to the rear built 1904 by John Douglas and an adjacent shop and warehouse built 1900 in the style of Douglas for Phillipson and Golder. No 15 is sandstone with a brick and timber frame and red/brown clay tile roof. It is two storeys high and much altered in the 20th century. The adjacent property, now No 19-21 consists of a wide frontage building two storeys high with an attic. (1)
