Full Description
Parkers Buildings consists of a block of 30 flats built 1889 by John Douglas for the first Duke of Westminster. It is of common brick with Ruabon red brick dressings and blue brick diapering. Three storeys high with a three bay symmetrical front the sides are five flats long. The front has open stair with basket arch at each storey and a stone panel above the entrance inscribed "AN'O D'NI : PARKER'S BUILDINGS : 1889". (1)
