Full Description
No 6 St John Street is a town house, now in use as offices of a mid 18th century date but significantly altered in the mid 1970s. It is of dark red/brown Flemish bond brick with painted stone dressings. The building is two storeys with an attic and a cellar. Also included in the listed building description is a raised pavement with curved stone kerb and cast-iron bollards to each side of steps. (1)
