Full Description
No 6-10 Park Street, known as the Nine Houses, consists of a row of six cottages, probably former almshouses of a mid 17th century date with extensive renovation in the late 1960s They are of stone dressed brick with brick and plaster panels in a small timber frame. The framing to the jettied first floor has heavy bay-posts and altered small framing to accommodate a replaced central horned 16-pane sash to each cottage; the side-panels have a substantial intermediate rail; the broad central panel to each cottage (1)
