Summary

No 13 White Friars consists of an 18th or 19th century town house with evidence of medieval walls in the cellar below. The house is of brown brick in Flemish bond with a grey slate roof and a ridge parallel to the street, it is three storeys with a symmetrical three window front. The celllar has a quarry tile floor and some late medieval coursed sandstone masonry embedded in walls of largely 18th century brick with chamfered oak beams and flat oak joists in the ceiling structure.

No 13 White Friars consists of an 18th or 19th century town house with evidence of medieval walls in the cellar below. The house is of brown brick in Flemish bond with a grey slate roof and a ridge parallel to the street, it is three storeys with a symmetrical three window front.

The celllar has a quarry tile floor and some late medieval coursed sandstone masonry in walls of largely 18th century brick with chamfered oak beams and flat oak joists in the ceiling structure. (1)
