Former fire station, built 1911 by James Strong, now in use as a shop and much altered. Building has a timber frame with plaster panels and stone dressed brick, jetty beam to timber framed first floor facade. The ground floor had 3 fire engine garage bays, now in use as shop space. The rear of the fire station was demolished in the 1970s.
