Full Description
This monument refers to a row of buildings along the east side of Northgate St., comprising No's 128 - 138 (even numbers only), all built at roughly the same time in the late nineteenth century. Please see the linked designation records for structural detail. Note that the northernmost address is labelled as Grosvenor Arms Inn on the 1871-3 town plan of Chester (2).
