Full Description
No 16 Eastgate Street is an early 19th century stone undercroft currently in use as a shop. Little information on the construction of the undercroft or any internal features were noted during the survey as part of the Chester Rows Research Project.
Although the undercroft and Row level town house are listed as late 18th century, no evidence of any features earlier than the early 19th century were noted during the survey. (1)
