Full Description
Bronze statuette of Jupiter draped and with inlaid silver eyes. The statuette, now 6.25 cm high is rather damaged. Both legs terminate at or below the knee, the right arm is lost below the elbow, the left arm above the elbow and much of the surface is lost or decayed. Some fine engraved detail still survives on the curls at the nape of the neck. Donated to the Grosvenor Museum January 1984 (1).
