Full Description
Archaeological investigations to the rear of Duke Street in 2000 identified traces of a possible post medieval wall feature of an 18th century date. The fabric of the wall is similar in construction and technique to the present building that houses the records office and likely relates to that structure. It was not explored in detail however. (1)
