Full Description
No 20 and 22 Cuppin Street are a pair of 18th century semi detached town houses with evidence of later alteration. Both were included on the English Heritage Listed Buildings Register in 1972 as a pair. The town houses are described as three storey brown brick structure in Flemish bond that may have been originally built as one structure and later subdivided.
One half, No 22 Cuppin Street, was subject to a building survey and desk based assessment in 1997. The building is one half of a brick-built semi-detached pair of early eighteenth century houses, the layout of which remains largely intact. (2)
