Full Description

The remains of a post medieval cellar were recorded during archaeological investigations at the Grosvenor Centre in 1999. The cellar was recorded in Area I cutting into the earlier Roman evidence. The evidence comprised a number of brick walls associated with earlier development recorded on historic maps of the area from the mid 19th to mid 20th century. (1)
