Full Description
A Welsh Calvinistic Methodist Chapel, later termed Welsh Presbyterian Chapel, was built to the east of St John Street in 1866. The building was designed by W & G Audsley of Liverpool. It was included in English Heritage’s Listed Buildings Register in 1974, the listing description includes the forecourt wall and railings. The property originally contained a Sunday school to the rear and a garden area. The School was demolished and the garden built over in the later 20th century however.
