Full Description
Traces of the southern end of a barrack building at Folliot House was first recorded in 1955 during archaeological investigations carried out by Mr Petch. Further archaeological investigations carried out in 2005 recorded further evidence of Roman activity comprising a culvert on a similar alignment to the south external wall of the barrack building. It was uncertain, however, as to whether this was to the north or south of the external wall. (1)
