A small cottage built of irregular standstone blocks and rendered. Roof is of slate. Low chimney of south-eastern elevation. Two windows to the right (ground and first floor). One window (ground) on the north-western elevation. Late twentieth century extensions to rear. Construction of this building probably post dates the enclosure of this area sometime between 1819 and 1831 (see 6 & 7).
