Spacious family house c.1880. Probably part of Brunner Mond's Winnington village. Cellar: wrought iron railings on either side of flight of six stone steps leading to front doors of number 8 and number 7. String courses (plaster covered) above ground and first floor windows. Pierced bargeboards to dormer, quatrefoil pattern at ends.
