A farmstead built sometime between 1873 and 1898 as a replacement for or in addition to the farmstead to the south, which was originally known as Hondslough Farm. The farmhouse is a locally listed building.

Brick farmhouse. Date plaque on half hipped gable - VR the rest is illegible. Flared headers form courses (not projecting) in red brick; on front four courses; beneath ground floor windows, level with top of ground floor, base of first floor windows, and top of first floor windows. Also used decoratively on stacks which also have one course of dog-toothed brick.

The farmstead is not depicted on this map. The farmstead to the south-east (modern name Pinewood Farm) is labelled Hondslough Farm.

The farmstead is first depicted on this map with two further farm buildings to the north and north-east, arranged around a yard.
