An L shaped building in red brick with rendered upper storey. The base of the L has a half-timbered jettied upper storey and a stone mullioned and leaded bay window on the ground floor. Roof is of tile. Looks to be late nineteenth century in style, but a building with a similar footprint is depicted at this location of the tithe map for Kingsley (see 4).
