This map depicts this building on the western side of a square courtyard with a further building on the northern side and Sandiway House (CHER 6522) on the eastern side.

The service wing to Sandiway House and the northern courtyard building were demolished sometime between the mid-1980s and mid-1990s, but this building remained until it was demolished and replaced with housing c.2005-2015.
