An early nineteenth century L shaped range of farm buildings.

The north-east to south west aligned range, located adjacent to Stoney Lane, is brick built with a slate roof. The building appears to be of a single phase of construction with a pitching hole at the north-eastern end and a bricked up doorway nearby. The placement of windows along this elevation is somewhat haphazard. The southern elevation was not observed. A part sandstone, part brick, lean to is located at the south-western end and a large sliding door at the other. Some cast iron rainwater goods survive.

The second range adjoins the first at its north-eastern end, abutting the southern elevation. This range is slightly lower in height and is predominantly built of sandstone to the first floor and thereafter, brick. The roof is slate. On the eastern elevation, the ground floor has four large apertures, with four windows on the first floor above. The western elevation was not observed.
