Full Description
Decorated lead spindle whorl, 3cms in diam and a lead counter, 2cms in diam. Possibly medieval, but may be Roman. Found near Waverton. In possession of finder (1). These objects commonly occur in Cheshire and are now considered post medieval in date (2,3).
