An early eighteenth-century red brick, M shaped, farmhouse. Exterior: early windows and doors. Interior: original doors and original oak staircase still exist. No structural alterations.

Grade III. Eighteenth century early red brick, two storey three window, farmhouse, with alterations and additions. Slate roof with low pitched parallel ridges. Near-flush casements with sills renewed. Interior - staircase in oak with column balusters, square newel and close string. Ovolo moulded beams. Ledged doors, with strap hinges and H hinges with straps. Eighteenth century early mantel. Six panel door in later portion. Condition good.

The name derives from the medieval deer park (parcum de Dutton) mentioned in the fourteenth century.

This map depicts three buildings which are labelled Dutton Park.

This map depicts three buildings arranged on the north-western, south-eastern, and south-western sides of a square probable yard area. The building on the north-western side is an asymmetric T shape. There is a small building on the north-eastern side, and an another small building on the northern side of the T shaped building. Described as house, outbuildings, folds, garden, and orchard, and occupied by John Astbury. Labelled Dutton Park.

Generally as previous depicted on the 1841 map (see 7). There are two buildings on the north-eastern side of the yard, one of which appears to be a stye. A small building appears to join the buildings on the north-western and south-eastern sides of the yard. The farmhouse appears to be located on the south-eastern side of the yard. There are orchards to the immediate north-east and to the south-west of the farmstead. Labelled Dutton Park.

A new building has been constructed on the north-eastern side of the yard, replacing two smaller buildings.
