Late eighteenth century, 2 storey 2 window brown brick farmhouse with wing to north. Slate roof. Recessed sash windows with glazing bars. Arched entrance with blank tympanum painted as a radial fan (bar), and door with 6 fielded panels.

Cottage, early nineteenth century. Coloured brick in Flemish Bond with slate roof. Two storeys, two bays with single-bay rear (north-east) wing which completes an "L" shaped plan. Twentieth century flush door in plain built-up door case which has a blocked fanlight marked with radial bars. Recessed sashes with glazing bars, stone sills and wedge lintels. The gables and rear wing are built in English Garden Wall Bond. Gable end stacks. Interior: There are bevelled beams and exposed ceiling joists in the rear wing also boarded doors and an early cottage staircase.
