Full Description
Casual Roman finds from the neighbourhood of Ashton, including samian, coarse pottery, glass & beads (1). Mr Leach has found over 70 Roman beads but very few other remains, except pottery and a small tessera. No structural remains found yet (2). Grid reference altered from CE 5000 6900 (3)
