A Heritage Assessment was produced in 2022 in support of proposals to convert the former Crewe Swimming Baths at Flag Lane, Crewe, Cheshire CW2 7QX into a Community Centre. This is a locally listed building which, prior to its closure in 2016, had been an important focal point in the local community since its original construction in 1937. The condition of the building has deteriorated since its closure and it has been subject to vandalism although much of the original fabric has survived intact. (1)
