Group of early twentieth century semi-detached dwellings. Red brick with slate roofs.

1854. Three pairs of houses around a green, built for workmen of good conduct. Much of the detail lost in 1989.

The houses are depicted on this map within a rectangular garden like area. At the north-western end is a further smaller building.
