The farmhouse is a locally listed building.

The barns are depicted on the tithe map for Moreton cum Alcumlow township, but not the farmhouse. The accompanying text suggests that one of the barns was the farmhouse.

This map depicts two parallel ranges of barns aligned north-west to south-east and approximately 25m apart. A smaller building is located to the south-east of the northern range; the attached pens suggest these are pig sties. The farmhouse lies at the south-eastern end of the two ranges. A garden is to the south-west.
