Description

A substantial Victorian two-storey block of 4 properties in the style of an Elizabethan manor house.

Pitched gabled roof of red plain tiles with red brick chimneys above a mock Tudor house with applied black and white timbering to first floor above and red (Ruabon) brick ground floor.

Leaded light square pane windows in timber casements.

“Brackan” has large extension fronting onto Little Lane in 1920s contemporary style.

Good.
