Description -
Built to serve the adjacent Berwick Road School.

Twin pitched slate roof with flat centre valley. Gabled ends and bays with dog-toothed brick “dentil” course below eaves soffit. Dentil course repeated as “string” course between first and ground floor level.

4 pane timber frame windows with flat brick arch to head and stone sills.

Walls red Cheshire common brick.

House forms group with Berwick Road School.

Condition - Good.

Current Use - In use as guest house.
