Summary

Wharf Cottage (formerly Ivy Cottage) The Parade, Parkgate CH64 6RW A C18 cottage with some alterations; it is roughcast rendered with stone bands and false quoins under a slate roof. It is 2 storeys high with a further floor in the attic. There are splayed bays, each with three sash windows, tiered over the ground and first floor on each side of the front facade, the bay on the right side is modern. At first floor there are 2 original sash windows in near-flush frames.

C18 with alterations; roughcast; 2 storeys; 3 windows, including splay bay windows each side tiered over two storeys, that on right side modern. At first floor are 2 original sash windows in near-flush frames; bands and false quoins; slates.
