Description
A single storey building of more modest height and proportions than other nearby banks.
Pitched slate roof behind a brick parapet simple classical cornice with dentil course and fascia sign.
Main elevation in brick with brick quoins to splayed front entrance at corner of Meadow Lane and Station Road.
Flat brick arch lintels to timber frame windows with large fixed panes.
Timber moulded door case with lozenge pattern decoration to fanlight.
Internal arched ceiling of banking hall still in existence.
Condition
Good.
Current Use
In use as offices (panel manufacturing company).
